Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
1. Who we are, and what this is
Logist is operated by Logist Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Logist Group, Inc. governing your use of the Logist website at logist.live, and any related services (together, the “Service”).
Our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. By using the Service you agree to all three. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does
Logist matches you with another person you do not know. You are each shown the same short statements and answer Yes, No, or Skip. When the two of you land on opposite sides of a statement, you are placed into a live one-to-one video call with that person to argue the point. The call runs for a set length of time and may be extended if both of you agree.
You should understand three things before you start:
- You will be on camera with a stranger. We do not know who they are.
- We do not screen, vet, or background-check users. Signing in — with Google or with a link sent to an email address — is not a verification of identity, age, or character. It shows only that someone controls an inbox.
- We do not watch or record calls. Nobody at Logist can see your call while it is happening or afterwards. This is a privacy protection, and it also means we cannot independently confirm what happened during a call when someone reports it.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You have not previously been banned from the Service.
- You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and you are not on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list.
The Service is strictly for adults. If we learn or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account. If we become aware of content involving the sexual exploitation of a minor, we will preserve what we have and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by law.
4. Accounts
You sign in either with a Google account or with a link we send to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, and for everything that happens under your account.
- Your account is your email address. Both ways of signing in reach the same account, so using the other one with the same address returns you to the same account and the same history. A different address is a different account, with none of it.
- One account per person. Do not create additional accounts, and do not create an account to evade enforcement action. This applies however you sign in.
- Your display name is chosen by you and is what other users see. Your real name is never shown to the person you are matched with. Do not use a display name that impersonates someone, contains slurs, or is designed to harass.
- Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
Tell us at support@logist.live if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Early access
The Service is in an early stage. During any invite-only period you may need an access code to take part, and access codes are personal to you. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service — including matching, the length of debates, the statements shown, or the Service as a whole — at any time and without notice. Features may break. Data may be lost. Do not rely on the Service for anything important.
6. Rules of conduct
You must follow the Community Guidelines. In summary, and without limiting them, you agree that you will not:
- expose yourself, engage in sexual activity, or show sexual content;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another user;
- use slurs or attack people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- threaten or incite violence;
- involve anyone under 18 in any way;
- record, screenshot, stream, or otherwise capture any call, or any other user’s image, voice, or likeness;
- share or publish another user’s personal information;
- advertise, solicit, promote, or recruit;
- impersonate any person or organisation;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
- use bots, scripts, virtual cameras, pre-recorded video, or automation to interact with other users; or
- evade a suspension or ban.
Recording is prohibited. Other people are on camera with the expectation that the moment is not being kept. Recording another user without their consent may also be a crime where you or they live.
7. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
Every call has a Report button. Reporting ends the call immediately, and you will not be matched with that person again.
We review reports and may take action including:
- a warning, recorded against the account;
- a suspension for a defined period, after which access resumes automatically; or
- a permanent ban.
We may also end a call, remove a statement from circulation, or stop the Service entirely at any time.
We decide what action to take at our discretion, based on what we can establish. Because we do not record calls, we often cannot verify a report independently, and we may act on the balance of what is reported. We are not obliged to monitor the Service, and we do not promise to detect or act on every violation.
Appeals. If you believe an action against your account was wrong, write to support@logist.live with your account email. We will look again. Our decision after review is final.
8. Content and licence
You do not upload content in the ordinary sense. The limited material you do provide — your display name, your answers to statements, and anything you write in a report — you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service.
Live audio and video are not covered by this licence, because we never receive them. Calls travel directly between participants. See the Privacy Policy.
Statements, the design, the software, the name “Logist”, “Logist”, and all related marks are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended, and nothing more.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.
9. Assumption of risk
You use the Service at your own risk. You are choosing to appear on camera with people you have not met and whom we have not vetted. You may encounter behaviour or content that is offensive, upsetting, illegal, or harmful. You may encounter people who misrepresent who they are.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, and that Logist is not a party to those interactions. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
Never share personal information — your full name, address, workplace, financial details, or identity documents — with someone you meet here. We will never ask you for a password or payment details in a call.
10. Fees
The Service is currently free. We may introduce fees in future. If we do, we will tell you before charging you, and you may stop using the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including Google for sign-in and for delivering sign-in links by email, and providers for hosting, databases, and network relay. Your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we cannot guarantee that a sign-in link will reach your inbox — mail providers decide that.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not warrant that any user is who they claim to be, that they are over 18, or that they will behave lawfully or decently.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
These limits apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logist Group, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of another, or (d) your interactions with any other user.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@logist.live.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 — survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. General
- Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — by email or in the Service — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
